1. Agreement to Terms

5. Content Policy & Restrictions

UrlHub maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse. We strictly prohibit the shortening of URLs that link to:

• Phishing, Malware, or Scam sites: Any content designed to deceive users, steal personal information, or distribute malicious software.
• Adult & Pornographic Content: URLs redirecting to sexually explicit material or adult entertainment sites.
• Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws, constitutes hate speech, or promotes violence or terrorism.

We actively monitor for such content. If we discover or receive a report of any URL violating these policies, we will IMMEDIATELY BLOCK the URL and may permanently ban the user account responsible without prior notice.

6. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. UrlHub and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
