1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on UrlHub, including the Pro plan and Max plan, are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the plan features, pricing, and limitations before making your payment, and that you accept this no-refund policy.

2. One-Time Payments

UrlHub operates on a one-time payment model. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. When you purchase a Pro or Max plan, you pay a single fee and receive lifetime access to that plan's features and limits.

3. Plan Upgrades

If you are on the Free plan, you may upgrade to Pro or Max at any time. If you are on the Pro plan, you may upgrade to Max. Upgrades are also non-refundable. The difference in plan pricing is not prorated or credited.

4. Plan Downgrades

UrlHub does not support plan downgrades. Once you have purchased a higher-tier plan, you cannot revert to a lower-tier plan or receive a partial refund for the difference.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, temporary service disruptions do not entitle users to a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any service issues promptly.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided. If you voluntarily delete your account after purchasing a plan, no refund will be issued.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us immediately at our Contact Page. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
