Usage Limits and Tracking
Each UrlHub plan comes with specific limits. You can monitor your usage at any time from the dashboard.
Viewing Your Usage
- Go to Usage in the sidebar.
- You will see a breakdown of your current consumption vs. your plan limits.
Limit Types
Links Limit
The total number of short links you can create:
- Free — 50 links
- Pro — 250 links
- Max — 1,000 links
Analytics Events Limit
The total number of click events tracked:
- Free — 1,000 events
- Pro — 10,000 events
- Max — 50,000 events
Once the event limit is reached, clicks still redirect but are no longer tracked in analytics.
Tags Limit
The number of tags you can create to organize links:
- Free — 5 tags
- Pro — 25 tags
- Max — 50 tags
UTM Templates Limit
The number of UTM parameter templates you can save:
- Free — 5 templates
- Pro — 25 templates
- Max — 50 templates
What Happens When You Hit a Limit?
- Link limit reached — You cannot create new short links until you upgrade or delete existing ones.
- Event limit reached — Links continue to work and redirect, but new clicks are not tracked in analytics.
- Tag/UTM limit reached — You cannot create new tags or UTM templates until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
