Troubleshooting Common Issues
Here are solutions to the most common issues you might encounter on UrlHub.
Login Issues
Incorrect password
- Double-check that Caps Lock is not enabled.
- Use the Forgot password? link on the login page to reset your password.
- If you signed up with Google, use the Sign in with Google button instead of entering a password.
Account not verified
- Check your email for the verification code sent during registration.
- If the code expired, go to the verification page and click Resend Code.
- Check your spam/junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
Too many login attempts
- If you are rate-limited, wait a few minutes before trying again.
Short Links Not Working
Link shows "Expired" page
- The link has passed its expiry date. Edit the link to remove or extend the expiry.
Link shows "Max clicks reached" page
- The link has reached its maximum click limit. Edit the link to increase or remove the limit.
Link asks for a password
- The link is password-protected. Enter the correct password to access the destination.
Link shows "Blocked" page
- The link was reported and blocked for violating our Terms of Service.
Analytics Not Updating
No clicks showing
- Analytics may take a few moments to update after a click.
- If you have reached your events limit, new clicks are not tracked. Check your usage on the Usage page.
- Make sure you are viewing the correct time range.
Data looks incomplete
- Check your analytics retention period. Free plan users have 1-month retention.
- Use the time range selector to ensure you are viewing the right period.
Payment Issues
Payment failed
- Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds.
- Try a different payment method (UPI, card, net banking).
- If the issue persists, contact Razorpay support or reach out to us.
Plan not upgraded after payment
- In rare cases, payment verification may take a few seconds. Refresh the page.
- If your plan is still not upgraded, contact us with your Razorpay Payment ID from the payment confirmation.
Did not receive payment receipt email
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Ensure your registered email address is correct in Account settings.
