Refund Policy
UrlHub operates a strict no-refund policy on all purchases.
No Refunds
All payments for the Pro and Max plans are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the features within the plan
- Purchasing the wrong plan
- Account deletion after purchase
Why No Refunds?
UrlHub plans are one-time lifetime payments, not subscriptions. When you purchase a plan, you receive permanent access to all the features and limits of that plan. There is no recurring billing to cancel.
Because all plan benefits are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds.
Before You Buy
We encourage you to:

- Try the Free plan first to explore the platform.
- Compare plans to ensure you choose the one that fits your needs.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact us immediately through our contact page. We will investigate the matter and respond within 7 business days.
Important: Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
