QR Codes
Every short link you create on UrlHub can be turned into a QR code, making it easy to share links in print materials, presentations, or physical spaces.
Generating a QR Code
- Go to the Links page.
- Find the link you want a QR code for.
- Click the QR code icon on the link card.
- A QR code will be generated for your short link.
- Download the QR code image.
Using QR Codes
QR codes are perfect for:
- Business cards — Link to your website or portfolio
- Flyers and posters — Drive traffic to promotions or events
- Product packaging — Link to instructions, reviews, or support
- Presentations — Share resources with your audience
- Restaurant menus — Link to digital menus or ordering pages
QR Code Analytics
When someone scans your QR code, UrlHub tracks it as a click with the trigger type set to QR. You can filter your analytics by trigger type to see how many clicks came from QR code scans vs. direct URL clicks.
Tips
- Test your QR code before printing to make sure it scans correctly.
- Place QR codes where they are easily scannable — avoid very small sizes.
- Use a contrasting background to ensure the QR code is readable.
