Forgot and Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using your registered email address.

How to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
3. Enter your email address or username.
4. Click Reset Password.
5. Check your email for a password reset link.
6. Click the link in the email — it will take you to the reset page.
7. Enter your new password and submit.
8. You will be redirected to the login page. Log in with your new password.

Important Notes

• The reset link is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, request a new one.
• The link can only be used once. After resetting, the link becomes invalid.
• If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
• Google sign-in users do not have a password to reset. Use the Sign in with Google button instead.
